A buyer’s agent represents you, the buyer, when dealing with vendors and/or their agents to negotiate the purchase of a property on your behalf. You will have to sign a buyer’s agency agreement when you appoint a buyer’s agent. This agreement will contain the terms and conditions of the agreement including all fees and expenses payable to the buyer’s agent. The fees charged by the buyer’s agent is something that you will have to negotiate with the agent.
